My eyes landed on an old box in the back corner of the attic. There were items sticking up willy-nilly, but a long box caught my attention.
“Guys, look.” I pointed to the over flowing abandoned box. Matt was the first person to reach the treasure trove. He grabbed the long board and pulled it to him, “Sweet! It’s a Ouija board.”

But it was what was scribbled in pen above that caused a sickening feeling to form in the pit of my stomach. It read, Beware the spirits that come through this board.
